How long do orders take to process?Orders generally take 2 days to process.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered to me?Standard Shipping: Takes approximately 2-10 business days, after your order has been processed, to be delivered and is generally free. Priority Mail: Takes approximately 1-5 business days to be delivered with charges starting at, but not limited to, $6.

Do you provide a tracking number for orders?Yes. 1. When your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation e-mail. 2. After your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. 3. The tracking number may be copy and pasted into the shipping carrier's database.

How much does shipping cost?Standard Shipping (2-10 business days): Usually free of charge. Priority Shipping (1-5 business days): As low as, but not limited to $6. To calculate shipping, you may add items to "Cart" and preview shipping charges if you plan on using priority shipping.

What countries do you ship to?Currently, we only provide domestic shipping in the U.S.

What is your return/exchange policy?We accept returns and exchanges no later than 14 days after the product has been delivered to the shipping address listed on the label. The product must be unworn, unstained, and free of damage. Items listed as final sale on the Fit N' Fly Fitness website are not eligible for return or exchange, Due to hygienic reasons, eyelashes, underwear and jewelry are always considered final sale items. If you receive a damaged product, please provide pictures of the area of concern with an explanation to the e-mail address fitnflyfitnesss@gmail.com. A representative will be in contact with you. How can I initiate the return/exchange process?E-mail fitnflyfitnesss@gmail.com to speak with a representative. List your order #, name and whether it is a "refund or exchange" in the subject line. Take pictures of the front, back and area of concern on the item. Take a picture of the package it came in. Attach all 3 pictures to the e-mail. Provide an explanation of the issue. A representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

What happens during the return/exchange process?After a return/exchange has been approved for you, a representative at your local post office can assist you with appropriate packaging and shipping labels. You will need to e-mail fitnflyfitnesss@gmail.com your original Return order # in the subject line and the tracking number w/ the shipping carrier in the message area for the return item. Once you ship the item back to us and we receive it, we will issue a full refund if you are wanting a return. For exchanges, we will refund the difference or charge an additional amount based on the item you purchase. For returns/exchanges, funds typically take 5-10 days to show back up in your account.

How can I make sure I'm getting the right size?A size chart is located on each product page with information regarding: Waist and hip measurements for leggings. Bust, upper chest and lower chest for sports bras.
